Our History

In October 1997, the Act to establish the Livestock and Livestock Products Board was passed in Parliament.

In August 1998, members representing each livestock sub-sector, processors and the Ministry of Food Production and Marine Resources were appointed to the board.

In November 2005, members representing each livestock sub-sector, processors and the Ministry of Food Production and Marine Resources were appointed to the board.
